Right of withdrawal and returns

Applies from 06/11/2026 to purchases made by consumers on shop.dpstudio.gr.

14 days to change your mind

You can withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason within 14 days from the day you (or someone you named) received the products. If your order arrived in several parcels, the 14 days start from the last one.

How to withdraw

1. Tell us within the 14 days by email at info@dpstudio.gr, through the contact form or by phone at +30 24210 25357, quoting your order number. You may use the model form below, but you don't have to.
2. Send or bring the products to our shop (Chatzimichali 3, 38334 Volos, Greece) no later than 14 days after telling us.

Return costs

You pay the cost of sending the products back. Returning them in person at our shop costs nothing.

Refund

We refund everything you paid, including the original delivery cost (up to the cost of our cheapest standard delivery), no later than 14 days after we learn of your withdrawal. We use the same payment method you used, unless we agree otherwise, at no cost to you. We may wait until we receive the products, or proof that you sent them, before refunding.

Products should come back without wear beyond what is needed to check their nature, characteristics and fit, as you would in a shop. If their value drops because of other use, we may deduct that amount.

When withdrawal does not apply

• personalised products: items made to your specifications, e.g. with your own design, text, name, photo or logo, or with changes you asked for to one of our designs;
• products sealed for hygiene reasons (e.g. face masks) if the seal was opened after delivery.

Ready-made designs from our catalogue can be returned as usual, even though we print them when you order.

Faulty or wrong products

Separately from the above, you have the 2-year legal guarantee for defects. If a product arrives faulty, damaged or different from what you ordered, contact us within a reasonable time (a photo helps): we repair it, replace it or refund you, and we pay the shipping.

Please contact us first with any complaint; we will reply as soon as possible. If we cannot solve it together, you can turn to the Greek Consumer Ombudsman or, if you live in another EU country, to the European Consumer Centre Greece.
