Privacy policy
Applies from 06/11/2026. This page explains what personal data shop.dpstudio.gr collects, why, for how long, who we share it with and what rights you have.

What we collect and why

We only ask for what we need. Your card details are handled directly by the bank or payment provider and never reach us.
Who we share it with
- Papaki (web hosting, Greece);
- the courier you choose, only what delivery needs;
- the bank or payment provider you choose;
- our invoicing software, the Greek tax authority (AADE / myDATA) and our accountant, for invoices and receipts;
- Google (Analytics) for statistics, only if you accept analytics cookies;
- Meta (Facebook/Instagram) to measure our ads, only if you accept marketing cookies;
- public authorities, only when the law requires it.
We never sell your data. Where data leaves the EU (e.g. Google, Meta, Cloudflare in the US), this happens under GDPR safeguards (EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses).
How long we keep it
- Orders and invoices: as long as Greek tax law requires (usually 5 years from the end of the tax year).
- Account: until you delete it, or after 3 years without use.
- Contact messages: up to 2 years.
- Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
- Cookies: as stated in the Cookie policy; your cookie choice is kept for 6 months.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, object to its use, and withdraw any consent without affecting what happened before. Email us at info@dpstudio.gr; we reply within one month. You can also complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (Kifisias 1-3, 115 23 Athens).
Minors
Purchases are intended for adults. Users under 15 need the consent of a parent or guardian.
Changes
If anything important changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
